Thunderwear will accomodate all semiautomatic pistols (i.e) Walther PPK (small), Colt Combat Commander (medium), to the hefty S & W 4506 (large). You can carry snubby" revolvers such as the S & W J-Frame (small), to those as large as the Lew Horton S & W 629-3 / .44 magnum (large). The standard waist sizes for Thunderwear holsters will fit a waist size of 32" to 42", if you require a larger or smaller waist size, please make a note of your required size.
